"Epifront," "we," "us," and "our" refers to Epifront, Inc., a corporation incorporated in the State of Delaware, United States, and Epifront d.o.o., a limited liability company registered in Bosnia and Herzegovina. These entities operate collectively under the Epifront brand.

Your contracting entity will be specified in your service agreement. If no service agreement is in place, your use of this website is governed by these terms.

Epifront provides software design, development, and product strategy services on a subscription basis. The specific scope, deliverables, and terms of any engagement are defined in a separate service agreement between you and the applicable Epifront entity.

These terms govern your use of our website and any interactions with Epifront prior to or outside of a signed service agreement.

Service pricing, billing frequency, and payment terms are outlined in your service agreement. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in your agreement.

Payments may be processed through Epifront, Inc. or Epifront d.o.o. depending on your engagement. The invoicing entity will be clearly identified on each invoice.

All work delivered by Epifront under a service agreement — including designs, code, documentation, and other deliverables — is subject to the intellectual property terms outlined in your service agreement.

The Epifront name, logo, brand assets, and website content remain the property of Epifront and may not be used without prior written permission.

We treat all client information as confidential. We will not share, sell, or disclose your business information, project details, or data to third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Epifront shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities arising from the use of our website or services.

Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to these terms shall not exceed the fees paid by you to Epifront in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

Our website and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Epifront does not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

Service-level commitments and warranties for client engagements are defined in individual service agreements.

Subscription cancellation and termination terms are governed by your service agreement.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our website at any time without prior notice if we believe you have violated these terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of the State of Delaware.

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of our website after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
